The idea is that developers can load their "test" apps onto an actual Roku device then test it before publishing it to the Roku channel store. I have developed several Roku channels and this is the standard procedure. I am not familiar with the MyVideoBuzz app but I am familiar with the process of "sideloading" an app onto a Roku device.
