It's far too easy to subscribe to a channel/app both through Roku and directly with the provider as it appears you did.

The past two months I have had 2 charges for $8.99, one for STARZ (which I have a subscription for) and one for Roku Channel.

The problem: I got double charged for something I don't use. GetHuman2398082 did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right. I have an issue with Roku too. How GetHuman2398082 fixed the problem. We are waiting for GetHuman2398082 to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.

Apr 17, 2021 · Re: Double Charge. I don't know about refunds, but it sounds like you have subscribed to the channel in two ways. (They generally can't tell that you've done that.) So, make sure you cancel one of them or you'll get two charges again next month. If you wish to cancel a Roku sub, login to your account at roku.com.
