To check whether you have multiple accounts, verify the email associated with your Roku device is correct. If you have multiple Roku devices, be sure to check all of them to confirm they are linked to the same account.

Apr 17, 2021 · Re: Double Charge. I don't know about refunds, but it sounds like you have subscribed to the channel in two ways. (They generally can't tell that you've done that.) So, make sure you cancel one of them or you'll get two charges again next month. If you wish to cancel a Roku sub, login to your account at roku.com.

It's far too easy to subscribe to a channel/app both through Roku and directly with the provider as it appears you did.

UPDATE: Canpay double charge. News. Check y'all's bank accounts. Canpay credited back the double charge which is already reflected in my account. The problem: I got double charged for something I don't use. GetHuman2398082 did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right. I have an issue with Roku too.
