Salla is a small resort with lots of cosy cabins and a huge variety of activities. You can get your reindeer driving license or embark on a snowmobile safari.

Salla ski resort Imagine making your way through soft, snowy slopes amidst the Finnish wilderness with the people you love the most. Salla Ski Resort is your own winter playground. Where your children taste icy snowflakes on their tongue and yelp in excitement. Where you dash through the snow on a ski or snowboard, away from the biting cold wind.

Salla is a very quiet resort, only one pub which closes at ten. This didn't stop our sons (19 & 22) finding a late party. The log restaurant is great for lunch only €10 for a buffet which in Finland is great value. There isn't a supermarket but there is one in salla village about 15mins away.
