The case is the following (taking as example the WEB1 Server): The first packet (TCP-connection) can pass from WEB1 to S1 => R2 =>ISP2 =>R3 => WEB3 server, but the second packet or the packet HTTP (Get) can pass from WEB1 to S1 => R1 => ISP1 => ISP2 =>R3 => WEB3 server. It is produced by the load balancing in the S1 switch.

Whenever I browse the internet on my desktop or laptop I constantly get "connection to server reset" no matter the browser.

I can ping the WLC but i can't get the web page. It doesn't matter if i use http or https. The WLC just returns "Server Reset Connection".

You should get the "Server Reset connection" message. Now Try HTTPS. https://10.16.0.2. You should get this. WLC can be slow as hell in packet tracer, but if you fast forward time (alt+D) the pages load instantly (other than that first page displayed earlier) Hope this helps
