Ernest Henry Shackleton (/ˈʃækəltən/; født 15. februar 1874 i Kilkea i Kildare i Irland, død 5. januar 1922 i Grytviken på Sør-Georgia) var en britisk polarforsker og en av de sentrale aktørene i perioden som er kjent som den heroiske tidsalder for antarktisutforskning.
