Group PvP: Fallen for large scale, small scale is more nature staff territory, but lots of things are usable (Great Holy, Fallen, Redemption, 1h, …). All-in-all, I would say to test all staffs, and keep the one you like and the one that fits your playstyle, you'll enjoy a lot more what you do ;-)

The build your using is good for pvp and small group combat (5vs5, Hellgates etc) and also can be used in pve. So i would recommend it. Going leather head for cleanse and assassin boots for dodge roll is kinda a must have as a healer in pvp.
