Aug 24, 2020 · Yes, we are hybrid. The problem is, that we have a ticket-tool (third party) which has to send emails via basic authentication (smtp authentication). Receiving mails isn´t the problem. Attachments: Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

21.10.2020 · For your error, the ping result address may be your Office 365 SMTP server address, it's suggested to change the server address to the ping result as Manu mentioned to check if your issue has any difference.

A simple fix is to simply untick SMTP Authentication for the account in Office 365 and then re-enable it again. Give it 10 mins for the changes ...
