Apr 08, 2020 · Betreff: Unable to Use New Teams Meeting in Outlook. Finally sorted and back on track. Issue was not resolving to the correct calendar and had to uninstall and re-install so it would actually pick up my account. Initial Microsoft help couldn't resolve so had to get connected to Surface Support.

Sometimes I click on a chat and it just shows as blank. Same goes for images in chat. Opens the first time without issue but if I open the image again it'll almost always be blank and I can't even close it to try again. I need to fully navigate away from that chat, navigate back in, and then click on the image to make it show again.

Shared mailbox has to be added to Outlook manually as an additional account for it to work. Remove the shared mailbox access in EAC, via Powershell assign full access permissions with automaping off.
