I own an iPhone SE 2nd Gen, and have been using iOS 14 public betas for a while and installed iOS 15 developer beta yesterday. I have the latest firmware version of AirPods Pro but the toggle for Spatial Audio is not present in either bluetooth or control center.

When i started listening music I noticed that "Spatial audio" “not playing” . I tried may steps -> Resetting Airpods Pro and etc etc but same issue, Not Playing. May be it's a Bug after iOS 15.1 Roll out.
11.10.2021 · Although not for everyone, Spatialize Stereo iOS 15 works alongside head tracking. It allows audio volumes and virtual placement to adjust based on your head position, which probably isn’t the best feature when commuting. to change this, go to Settings > Accessibility > AirPods > Audio Accessibility Settings to turn head tracking on or off.

I'm glad to hear you would like Spatial Audio support on your AirPods Pro to work with Spotify, as I do too! I'm afraid this feature isn't possible at the moment, but I could see how this can be useful.
I’m talking about spatial audio. This album supported it fully when it came out last month, and I was able to enable it using the “spatialize” feature even on unsupported tracks. Since 15.1, none of the music in my library supports spatial audio apparently, as it only shows the button greyed out and says it isn’t playing.
