I had a Chrome update pop up today for version Version 87.0.4280.67. After the update the Live View was working again. However, I can't be sure if it was the update or the fact that I restarted Chrome. I can't remember if I've restarted the browser in the last few days or not. But I restarted everything else, Surveillance Station, NAS itself.

Hi, I had the same issue with Synology Surveillance Station Live View not working when F-Secure is installed. I could only use LiveView if I went into the F-Sucure Tool menu and click on "Turn off all security features". While Liveview was running I could click on "Turn On" and Liveview kept working untill I closed it.

To modify the user settings, go to DSM > Control Panel > User for DSM 6.2 or DSM > Control Panel > User & Group > User for DSM 7.0. However, now when I open "IP Camera", "Timeline" or "Live View" - the icon appears on the task bar with the spinning loading symbol, but it never loads. I have tried restarting the process on the NAS and fully restarting the NAS itself.
