I just worked with Costco Concierge to make a warranty claim on a TCL 55" TV where the backlight went out after 22 months. It was determined that the TV was unrepairable and they emailed an approval letter to my local Costco warehouse letting them know that I could return the TV, which I did that same day and received a full refund of the purchase price.
