Open C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Client Integration Plug-in 6.0\csd-openssl.cfg file in a Text Editor. Replace the content in the csd-openssl.cfg file with the content from the downloaded csd-openssl.cfg file.

We had to deinstall Firefox and the Client Integration Plugin and delete the complete Firefox Profile (only the places.sqlite we import to the new installation).
