I uninstalled the 3 SQl pieces associated with Veeam; MS SQL Svr 2012 Mgmt Objt x64, MS SQL Svr 2012 Express LocalDB, & MS Sys CLR Types for SQL Svr 2012 x64. I was then able to update / install Veeam.
