Best True Crime Posts - reddit
https://www.reddit.com/t/true_crimeI love true crime podcasts! Specifically, I deeply enjoy podcasts where a narrative is laid out by a single host. I dislike long, seemingly un-edited segments of interviews with relatives and friends of the victim (CBC's true-crime podcasts seem to be rife with this sort of thing) or two or more hosts discussing a case in talk-show-ish kind of way (e.g. crime junkies, true crime garage).
True Crime Podcasts - reddit
www.reddit.com › r › TrueCrimePodcastsI started listening to Devils in the Dark because it was in my New and Noteworthy page. It’s a true crime podcast that mainly looks at historical cases. It’s semi-scripted but it doesn’t sound like the hosts did their own research. It has the vibe of their network, Audioboom Studios, paid someone to write the scripts for them.
