Thus, please try to locate which file triggers this error, what the actual shape of that file is so there is a way to fix this. Try to not run the entire pipeline at once, but go through it step by step.

May 15, 2020 · Unable to allocate array with shape and data type. There are also some really interesting articles out there about managing memory. My honest suggestion would be to research ways to manipulate your data without putting it all in memory. You can store you data in a file or work with your data in a database.

The message is straight forward, yes, it has to do with the available memory. 359 MiB = 359 * 2^20 bytes = 60000 * 784 * 8 bytes. where MiB = Mebibyte = 2^20 bytes, 60000 x 784 are the dimensions of your array and 8 bytes is the size of float64. Maybe the 3.1gb free memory is very fragmented and it is not possible to allocate 359 MiB in one piece?
