26.07.2021 · These systems are dual-core AMD Epyc 7F72, so 48 cores total. They are running Centos 7.9 with kernel 3.10.0-1160.el7.x86_64. HT is disabled. A typical job will consume 100GB-200GB memory on a single core. The symptom that we see is that we generally are unable to allocate more than 1.0TB of memory out of the 2.0TB total.
