Already tried to: Clear data of all huawei apps. Updated HiApp. Updated HiCloud. Updated HiCare. HiCloud does not connect either. Files keeps trying to login for the cloud drive option and failing. The thing is that I want to factory reset my phone but I'm unable to do it because when I try to, it asks me to login because Find My Phone is active.
