The issue might be related to the disabling TLS 1.0/1.1 in latest version of Veeam Agent for Windows (although, all email notifications should be affected including the test message). Unable to connect to SMTP server because of invalid credentials or connection settings. It's not a firewall issue as I can telnet/ping fine. It's not a credentials issue because I've tried two different accounts and the passwords aren't wrong.
