21.08.2020 · Hey everyone. I'm on Linux Mint 20. I noticed my laptop was acting very sluggish, so I decided to update and reboot. Upon rebooting, the login screen appears as normal but I cannot login. I enter my password, the screen goes black for a moment, and then the login screen reappears. I can login through the terminal.
