I'm on Nextcloud 19.0.6 currently using Siwat2545's OnlyOfficeDocumentServer App for the OnlyOffice docker. Any suggestions on what to try next? I am still quite the noob, so any help is much appreciated.

Use the chvb onlyofficedocumentserver docker container as it gets around the need to pay. However you will have to use on older version of the onlyoffice (nextcloud) app. Disable and remove the OnlyOffice app from the Nextcloud web UI. Open the UnRAID terminal using the >_ button in the top right part of the UnRAID interface.2a.

I've watched SpacedInvader1 video on how to integrate the Nextcloud / OnlyOffice document server so no need to link that, thank you. He is using some other Proxy Manager and copying keys and certs from it into the Document Server appdata folder.
