So it looks like there is a loop in the modeswitch. I understand the modeswitch logic too little to experiment with changes to /etc/usb-mode.json. Here is an article about the E5576-320 modesitch. But i don't know how to translate a usb_modeswitch file from, say, Ubuntu to an OpenWRT modeswitch entry.
