08.04.2020 · I don't have a fix. Only a "me too". I have a QNAP TS-869U that is exhibiting a similar issue. A Veeam backup job will start at full gigabit and toward the end of the cycle will have dropped to 20 MB/sec. Could never figure out the true cause.
