19.07.2017 · Backup problem. Im trying to use veeam 1.0.1.364-1 on a CentOS 7.3 system to back up the contents of two fiolders. The backup seems to get into some strange situation where it runs for ever and if I view the job from within the veeam client I see that Data Processed is 375.1GB, same for Data Read but Data transferred is 2TB (0.2x).

Mar 18, 2009 · Re: Problems taking a Backup to lokal disk. David, agent mode provides better perfromance, so in case of full ESX it is best to use agent mode, not agentless. I recommend that you contact our support so that we could investigate and try to address the problem above, so that you can use agent mode and get better performance.

Solution: The error basically means that while transferring data block, the connection was lost and Veeam server couldn't retrieve next block of data.

23.06.2014 · If my memory serves me well, the members of Veeam ONE Users group can't perform any actions that might change configuration and data of the Veeam ONE Monitor. They can't add virtual and backup servers, manage alarms or change server settings. I believe that they can create a new report, though; and you can't prevent it.

26.08.2011 · Try adding the ESXi host the VM is on as a standalone host to Veeam, then create a backup job to pull the VM from the standalone host. (This will help isolate if the Management Agents need to be restarted on the ESXi host) Remember to remove the job and standalone host from Veeam's configuration after the issue is resolved.

These are the issues resolved by the Patch 3 for Veeam Backup version 6.0.0.153. All patches are cumulative so each below fix is contained in this patch. Application-aware processing fails for SQL server where Veeam configuration database is located. Cannot specify "0" in re-IP rule.
