For VMware VMs with hardware version 7 and later, Veeam Backup & Replication employs a native VMware vSphere feature — VMware vSphere Changed Block Tracking (CBT).
Because the 2nd system also relies on CBT, Veeam resetting CBT makes the other system think there were lots of changes, resulting in an extremely long backup window as well. I would like to disable the CBT reset, but I can't find information on what negatives comes along with it. Just "there could be CBT errors"
