Please note that the number of restore points to keep is controlled by configured retention policy settings, so in order to reclaim some disk space, you may want to adjust these settings and keep less restore points for the VMs in the backup job. So I found the code from Vladimir and extended it with a Prompt for the amount of Restore Points and a loop for all jobs. Maybe this helps somebody else who needs to change the restore points for all his jobs.

But, the number of restore points you are saying is far beyond what would be normal. I would question if you have gfs settings enabled? (Keep weekly for x weeks monthly for x months yearly for x years) if so Veeam will be keeping more points for these gfs restore points. Another note on storage consumption.
