Maybe this is just my experience. We typcially retore a file or folder. Requests are either to restore from a very recent point in time or way back when.

Solution: Absolutely "B". You can run multiple Jobs and Multiple VM's per job. I have had 50+ Servers in a single job. Veeam does a great job.
