25.04.2013 · At first the jobs were hanging because the file was locked, so I powered off the server last night and consolidated the snapshots. This morning, however, It is stuck at Changed Block Tracking Enabled. I have stopped the job, restarted the job, restarted the Veeam Server, but none of that seems to work.

Open the Windows Task Manager and kill all Veeam.Backup.Manager and VeeamAgent.exe processes. Restart the services that were stopped in step 1. Remove snapshots from VM (s) that part of the stuck jobs.
