25.11.2020 · Removing Account. To remove backup accounts from the backup configuration, do the following: Open the Organizations view. In the inventory pane, right-click an organization and select Manage backup accounts. In the Backup Accounts Manager window, in the Account column, clear check boxes next to accounts that you no longer want to use and click OK.
VEEAM Locking out service account? Hi everyone, So I'm using VEEAM 9.5 and everything was running smoothly until last night. During the daily incremental backups the backup server could no longer communicate to the backup repository. That caused all of the scheduled jobs to fail.

If an account's password has been changed, open the Credentials Manager and updates the entry for that account. In some environments, multiple entries may exist in the Credentials Manager for the same account.
19.04.2012 · The "new" Veeam server has no jobs configured currently but somewhere I think I must have typed the password for the account MYDOMAIN\veeam wrongly as the AD user account is getting continually locked out. Our AD has a policy applied that will LockOut any user account after 5 failed login attempts.
