If you can confirm that tape device is up and running please check that tapes marked offline are not exported from the device? Thanks!

Then you can switch the old library to the offline state (detach it from Veeam server) and then delete it from Veeam Backup & Replication configuration.

I think it occurred when I upgraded from 8 to 9. We've been using Veeam since V7 without any issues. This has been a minor inconvenience for a few months now.
