VCC Restore process from archive storage is concerning. We have been using VCC for two years. We keep a couple of months on performance storage and use GFS to move data to the archive storage. The provider uses Wasabi for archive storage (news to us). We have never had the need to restore from archive until this week.

That could be a workaround until you have solved the issue with the failed agent starting. But it's better to let the support technician to decide what to do.
