25.06.2020 · VMware earlier this month has extended the VMware End General Support for Sphere 6.7 until October 15, 2022. vSphere 6.7 had End General Support on Nov 15, 2021, that now has been extended. With this extend VMware is giving customers more time to upgrade from 6.5 to 6.7 since many customers still use 6.5 version.
Jun 03, 2020 · Originally, vSphere 6.7 was scheduled to reach EoGS (End of General Support) on November 15, 2021. We are extending this date by 11 months, to October 15, 2022. The original EoTG (End of Technical Guidance) date of November 15, 2023 still applies for vSphere 6.7. There is no change in supportability dates for any other vSphere release.

Which meant planning for an upgrade to the new vSphere 7.0 probably needs to start reasonably soon.
