I can use the vsphere client to connect to my other older hosts but they don't have any mission critical VMs, only the newer server (still has two years carepack) has the mission critical VMs on it but now I can't talk to it. All I need is a browser with flash!
Sadly, Vmware announced that this is a known issue and there is no solution ... Browse to your Vcenter Web Client and allow Flash Player Plugin if needed.
