Open Network Preferences, Create new location, Apply settings, Turn off wifi, Turn on wifi, Delete the new location, Apply settings, Turn off wifi, Turn on wifi, Close Network Preferences. Open System Information.app, go to Wi-Fi and press cmd+r to reload.
