Jan 14, 2020 · The thing that makes whispering bow bad, same for normal bow (yes i've said it normal bow is thrash too, it only get's his ass saved by smokescreen+AS steroid gimmick), same for every auto-attack based build, is the horrible standtime on auto-attacks.

The normal bow and the whispering bow is mostly for single target damage in very small scale PvP. Longbow is decent in both PvE and in mid-scale and larger PvP where you can reliably hit 4+ people. The Badon bow is the best DPS in PvE and the Wailing Bow is good mostly just in large scale PvP where you can hit 6+ people in a straight line.

Realistically speaking, the bow will be able to refresh the ability and still be useful, while the whispering bow has to be useless for 12 seconds (assuming he even got to use the 8 seconds of ability against a defenseless target).
