Jun 05, 2013 · Go to folder Steam\steamapps\common\Ragnarok Online 2 Open MD5FileList.txt with Notepad, select all the text, and delete it. Save the now-empty MD5FileList.txt. Right-click MD5FileList.txt, go to Properties, and check off Attributes: Read-only, then hit Apply and OK. Delete the other MD5 file in your RO2 folder - MD5FileList.bin Run RO2Client.exe.
Jan 03, 2013 · Ragnarok Online 2, or RO2 for short was a game I’ve been waiting, especially since I’ve missed all the hype years ago. I am disappointed since I can’t play like the other guys, even when they said playing online games can ruin your health and life, I am pretty much sure I have the necessary resilience to hold back.

Then I started the game with the "RO2Client.exe" in the "...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Ragnarok Online 2" directory. Now it works.

Oct 29, 2014 · They just weren't what the audience of Ragnarok Online wanted, and by the time they got them out the market was already over-saturated. In summary I don't think any of these were direct reasons for why the game isn't as popular anymore. More likely it's because it's an old game.
