Download and install this latest V8i Prerequisite Pack (08.11.09.03). Uninstall InRoads (using the instructions attached) and try to reinstall using the Setup.exe which is delivered in the ir081107615en folder. When you go to run this setup.exe, make sure you also run it as an Administrator.
