An SSD with Windows is going to be a much better user experience than a HDD with Manjaro. I love Manjaro. I was on Windows until a few months ago when I spent a few weeks distro hopping (Solus, Pop, Manjaro, various DEs - i3, Gnome, KDE, etc.) - and I settled on Manjaro KDE.
