EDIT: I took the pihole out of the equation and set it up as the DNS server for only my computers, everything else was left to Fios DNS. yesterday 1.1.1.1 went down and took things out for a bit, as I had my pihole set to that, but just now the same internet just dropped. and the router is set up with only fios connection, dns, etc. unplugged WAN cable and immediately went back online.
