As the manuscript has gone for a peer review and then for a decision by the Editor-in-Chief (EiC), indicated by the ‘Decision in Process’ status, you are concerned that the decision will be to reject – that’s why it’s not coming to you for a revision, either major or minor.

There is no reason to think that your paper will be rejected considering the fact that the editor and reviewers have been quite expeditious. Even if the decision in process status takes a couple of weeks more, you have nothing to worry about.
