I also have another laptop which still operates on Windows 10 and the Mail app performs fine there. I did try to repair the app, and also deleted and added my Yahoo account on Mail app, but still I don't see Yahoo emails in the Mail app.

Fortunately, I have other email providers (Hotmail, Gmail and Proton mail). Rarely, Yahoo will work normally. I've tried shutting down my VPN, but problem persists.
Mar 07, 2018 · If this isn't sufficient, in Windows 10 Mail Settings (gear icon at bottom of Inbox) chose Manage Accounts > Yahoo Account > Delete Account, restart PC, then add the Account back again.
