Hello fellows, is there any difference if I update my system with pacman -Syu or yay -Syu, beside that yay also updates aur packages?

Yay is a wrapper. It makes life simpler... So you can find packages by doing something like 'yay exa' and then selecting an option. Install direct with 'yay -S exa' the same as 'pacman -S exa' and it's a pacman installation, but yay also brings in AUR packages so you can find some benefits.
