uBlock has some voodoo which can/will help but for PiHole the problem is that that ads come from the same server as the video itself. Upvote 1

1) Configure your browser settings and disable pop-ups. There will be less pop-up windows, yet you'll still won't block the majority of ads. 2) Purchase subscriptions to the services where you want to block ads. But other websites will not be ad-free. Or use an ad blocker if you want to remove ALL the ads.
