Try connecting to a VPN or use a route optimization program like pingzapper (google it) Albion Online has some really freaky problems with connectivity, I've had friends have to charge back because they weren't able to login after the first time, and friends who disconnect within 45 seconds of logging in.
I assume It is because of the large influx of players. There has been a few server issues the last couple of days. I dont know of there is anything you can do on your end to fix this issue and I dont think you will hear anything back until Sandbox Interactive opens their office hours in the morning.
