hmmm well i dont know, maybe because there are people there who want to play this game without being handicapped by high ping/latency.

I remember being interested in this game but then realized it doesn't have Oceanic servers so I immediately scrapped it out of mind. Rather cut off my fingers than play a non-turn based game with 200-300+ ping. However recently I just got an advertisement for Albion online on Youtube.

Now, the way we can and probably will address different regions in the real world and their big is through having different regions on the world map associated with different server locations.

Mar 18, 2021 · The server is located there because a majority of Albion players are from North America, Europe, and Russia. Albion has a 1 world policy, there will probably no server in Asia. I have a 300+ default ping playing from Asia, which is reduced to around 220-240 with the help of a GPN (I use Exitlag and Mudfish). I have no problem doing PvP at all.
