I'm from Philippines, I have tried ExitLag and WTFast, no noticeable difference in both subjective gameplay and the numbers. I have been gaming for more than 5 years (2004-2009) on US and Euro servers, 200-250 ping is heaven. But if you use SEA and Japan servers, 30ms is definitely sure.

From PH my SEA brother, we play on 260 to 290 ping One time, only one time did i reach 230. I dunno why. So what we do is move according to the ping, for zvz, delay on cast, cast it on instinct. Playin on the same ping everyday, youll improve but still not as fast as those with good ping but can still enjoy the game.

I just recently got into the game with a group of friends and we've been playing on an average ping of 250 (Our internet is working fine, we are using fiber optic internet services). From what I've read online, no other location in the world seems to have it worse than us (Australia being a strong contender).
