The likely reasons for disconnects are your internet provider (e.g. 24-hour-disconnect), your Wifi (lots of wireless networds in the building = unstable) etc.

There is the fact players still can receive information from server but cannot send (this is why the ping is high, ping is the time a package takes to reach a server and come back). I am pretty sure albion server got black-listed by a shared anti-ddos protection list and any sent package is being blocked by users ISPs.
