I'd say your specs is lacking RAM. If the FPS continues to drop, my ultimate suggestion for you is play on window mode with a small resolution.

The game keeps rubberbanding, lagging, stuttering, etc. more than ever. It's practically unplayable. I know it is a game specific problem, because I do not have any similar issues in other games.
