When you install Linux, make sure you choose the volumes and not the drives. Note that you will almost certainly be erasing everything on the RAID volume anyway. Your Windows library is probably on an NTFS file system, and you'll want (maybe need) to switch to an ext file system on Linux. 3) No, there is no stand alone Plex client on Linux.
