Contact adobe support. A friedn of mine was having trouble with her computer, so did a clean install of the os, then the cs3 installer refused to work. So she rang adobe and they talked her through it. Had to do the same when she eventually upgraded to a new computer too.

you can easily bypass the activation on all the CS and CC products, if you want. Search for 'amtlib' and it's easy to find.
