Horrible Read/Write Performance on Ceph Cluster. I have a 3 node ceph cluster managed via Proxmox, each system is a monitor and manager with an IT flashed H310 and two Silicon Power A58 256gb SSDs attached as OSDs, plus a 120gb SSD as system.
